    Classic Sausage & Onion Gravy with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

    A comforting, hearty meal with juicy pan-seared sausages smothered in rich onion gravy, served over buttery mashed potatoes. Perfect for dinner when you want something warm and satisfying!

    For the Sausages & Onion Gravy:

    • 6 beef or chicken sausages

    • 2 large onions, thinly sliced

    • 2 tbsp butter or oil

    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
