1 package refrigerated pizza dough OR puff pastry sheets

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)

1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)

3 tbsp melted butter

1 egg

1 tbsp milk

1️⃣ Make the Filling

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft.

Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano.

Mix in ketchup and Worcestershire.

Cook until moisture evaporates.

Let mixture cool slightly.
⚠️ Important: Filling should not be wet or it may leak.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
If Using Store-Bought:

Roll out dough on lightly floured surface.

Cut into 8–10 equal squares.
If Making Homemade:

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.

Add egg, butter, salt, and flour.

Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.

Cover and let rise 1 hour (until doubled).

Divide into 8–10 balls.

Roll each into a 5–6 inch circle.
3️⃣ Assemble the Buns

Place 2 tablespoons beef filling in center.

Add cheese on top (shredded or small block).

Fold edges over filling and pinch tightly to seal.

Place seam-side down on lined baking tray.
4️⃣ Egg Wash & Bake

Mix egg and milk.

Brush tops generously.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes
(Until golden brown and shiny.)
Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
