Chicken thighs ko paper towel se achhi tarah dry karein.

Extra moisture remove karna bohat zaroori hai.

Ek bowl mein saare spices mix karein.

Chicken par olive oil rub karein.

Phir spice mix har side par evenly coat karein.

Chicken thighs ko basket mein skin side down rakhein.
