๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ”ฅ Spice Rub

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked ho to better)

  • ยฝ tsp dried oregano

  • ยฝ tsp dried thyme

  • ยฝ tsp red chili flakes (optional)


๐Ÿฅฃ Step 1: Prep Chicken

  1. Chicken thighs ko paper towel se achhi tarah dry karein.
    ๐Ÿ‘‰ Crispy skin ka secret = dry surface.

  2. Extra moisture remove karna bohat zaroori hai.


๐ŸŒถ Step 2: Season

  1. Ek bowl mein saare spices mix karein.

  2. Chicken par olive oil rub karein.

  3. Phir spice mix har side par evenly coat karein.

  4. 15โ€“30 minutes rest karne dein (ya fridge mein 2โ€“4 hours for deeper flavor).

  1. Air fryer ko 380ยฐF (190ยฐC) par preheat karein (3โ€“5 min).

  2. Chicken thighs ko basket mein skin side down rakhein.

  3. Cook karein 12 minutes.

  4. Flip karein (ab skin side up).

  5. Phir 10โ€“15 minutes aur cook karein.

Internal temperature hona chahiye 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

Ek small pan mein:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Melt karein aur cooked chicken par brush karein.
Fresh parsley sprinkle karein.

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove

Cook 2โ€“3 min tak thicken karein.
Chicken par brush karein last 3 minutes mein.
