🥣 Instructions

Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into small cubes.

Add beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, and water into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional — you can keep the fiber if preferred).

Stir in fresh lemon juice.
