Beetroot Detox Juice

🥕 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 medium fresh beetroots (peeled & chopped)

  • 1 carrot (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 small apple (optional)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ inch fresh ginger

  • 1–1½ cups cold water (or coconut water)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)


🥣 Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into small cubes.

  2. Add beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, and water into a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional — you can keep the fiber if preferred).

  5. Stir in fresh lemon juice.

  6. Pour into a glass, add ice, and garnish with mint.
