    Best Ever Air Fryer Salmon

    • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on or off)

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    • Β½ teaspoon salt

    • Β½ teaspoon black pepper

    • Β½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    • Lemon wedges, for serving

    • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

    1️⃣ Prep the Salmon

    1. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.

    2. Rub each fillet with olive oil.

    3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.

    5. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

    1. Place salmon in the basket skin-side down (do not overcrowd).

    2. Cook at 400Β°F for:

      • 7–8 minutes for medium (tender, flaky center)

      • 9–10 minutes for well done

    Salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 125–145Β°F internal temp (depending on preferred doneness).
