🛒 Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms (button, cremini, or sliced portobello)

1 large onion (white, yellow, or red), sliced

🔪 Preparation

Clean the mushrooms

Wipe with a damp paper towel (avoid soaking in water).

Slice if not pre-sliced.

Cut into thin strips (not too thin or they may burn).

In a large bowl, toss mushrooms and onions with olive oil.

🍳 Air Fryer Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Spread vegetables in the basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
