    Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon & Raw Honey Wellness Drink

    A natural anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting drink you can enjoy warm like tea or as a morning tonic shot.


    πŸ›’ Ingredients (1–2 servings)

    • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (not boiling)

    • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
      (or 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric)

    • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
      (or Β½ teaspoon ground ginger)

    • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    • 1 tablespoon raw honey (adjust to taste)

    • Pinch of black pepper (important for turmeric absorption)

    1️⃣ Warm the water
    Heat water until warm but not boiling (about 120–140Β°F / 50–60Β°C).
    Too much heat can destroy some nutrients in raw honey.

    2️⃣ Add spices
    Stir in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.

    3️⃣ Add lemon
    Mix in fresh lemon juice.

    4️⃣ Sweeten
    Add raw honey and stir until dissolved.

    5️⃣ Strain (optional)
    If using fresh ginger or turmeric, strain before drinking.

    6️⃣ Serve immediately
    Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or before bed.
