1 cup (240 ml) warm water (not boiling)

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Heat water until warm but not boiling (about 120β140Β°F / 50β60Β°C).
Too much heat can destroy some nutrients in raw honey.

Stir in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
3οΈβ£ Add lemon
Mix in fresh lemon juice.
4οΈβ£ Sweeten
Add raw honey and stir until dissolved.

If using fresh ginger or turmeric, strain before drinking.
