Scrub potatoes thoroughly and dry completely (dry skin = crispier skin).
2️⃣ Pierce
Use a fork to poke 6–8 holes around each potato (prevents bursting).
3️⃣ Oil & Season
Rub each potato with olive oil.
Sprinkle generously with salt (and pepper/garlic powder if using).
🔥 Air Frying Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2️⃣ Place potatoes in basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
3️⃣ Cook at 400°F (200°C) for:
