1 can (150β180g) tuna in oil or water, drained

ΒΌ cup sliced green olives

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill

ΒΌ cup finely chopped onion (optional)

Β½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or mix)

πͺ Step 1: Prepare the Basket

Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit inside your air fryer basket.

Lightly spray or brush with oil.

Press parchment into the basket so it forms a shallow bowl shape.
β Make sure parchment doesnβt block air circulation completely.
π₯ Step 2: Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Stir in tuna (break into flakes), olives, herbs, onion, and cheese.

Mix gently to distribute evenly.

Preheat air fryer to 170Β°C (340Β°F).

Pour mixture into parchment-lined basket.

Itβs done when:

If needed, cook 2β3 minutes more.
