    These golden Cottage Cheese Mozzarella Bites are crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside, and packed with protein. Made without refined flour and baked or air-fried, they’re a gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory snack that satisfies cravings without guilt. Perfect for tea time, meal prep, or healthy snacking.


    🥣 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

    • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (drained well)

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 1 large egg

    • 2 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour for non-GF)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • ½ tsp turmeric powder

    • ½ tsp garlic powder

    • ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme

    • Black pepper to taste

    • Salt (optional, go light)

    1. Prep the Base
      In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese until mostly smooth.

    2. Mix
      Add mozzarella, egg, almond flour, olive oil, and all spices. Mix well to form a thick, scoopable batter.

    3. Shape
      Scoop small portions and shape into bite-sized balls or nuggets.

    4. Cook (Choose One):

      • Bake: 200°C (390°F) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway

      • Air Fry: 180°C (360°F) for 10–12 minutes

      • Pan-sear: Lightly grease pan and cook until golden on both sides
