    Crispy Salmon Patties (Salmon Cakes)

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    For Frying

    • 3–4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, or light olive oil)

    • Drain canned salmon thoroughly.
