½ cup pasta water (reserved)

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
