🧂 Ingredients (4 basic ingredients!)

3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, but helps yeast activate)

2 teaspoons instant yeast (or active dry yeast)

1¼ cups (300ml) warm water (about 105–110°F / 40–43°C)
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Dough

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Add warm water.

Stir with a spoon until a sticky, shaggy dough forms.
(No kneading needed!)
2️⃣ First Rise

Cover bowl with plastic wrap or towel.

Let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.
3️⃣ Shape the Dough

Lightly flour your surface.

Gently transfer dough onto it.

Shape into a round loaf by folding edges inward (no kneading).

Place on parchment paper or into a lightly oiled loaf pan.
4️⃣ Second Rise (Optional but Better Texture)

Let rest 20–30 minutes while oven preheats.
5️⃣ Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
