🧾 Ingredients

🔹 For the Dough

  • 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour

  • 2¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup (240ml) warm water (not hot, about 110°F / 43°C)

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt to taste


🔹 Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 16–24 slices salami (2–3 per pizza)

  • 2 tbsp sweet corn (optional, as seen in image)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

1️⃣ Activate the Yeast

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast.

  2. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

If it doesn’t foam, your yeast may be inactive.


2️⃣ Make the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

  2. Add yeast mixture and olive oil.

  3. Mix until dough forms.

  4. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust salt and seasoning to taste.


4️⃣ Shape the Mini Pizzas

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Divide dough into 8 equal balls.

  3. Flatten each into a small round (about 4–5 inches wide).

  4. Place on lined baking tray.

  5. Slightly raise the edges to create a crust border.

For each mini pizza:
