- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- Β½ cup ricotta cheese

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

- Prep the filling
In a bowl, mix ricotta, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. - Wilt the spinach
